*Psychotherapy Hawaii is no longer contracted with Cigna. We are happy to provide a superbill for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement through their Cigna benefits. Payment is due at the time of service, and clients are responsible for all fees regardless of insurance reimbursement. Please contact Cigna directly to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement eligibility.
We also accept clients who do not have insurance or do not want to use insurance. We charge $200 for an individual session.
